Take a look at this chart below, and you can see immediately, how it is not at all that dangerous…

I had measles, and chicken pox when I was a child. It was no big deal. We all went through it. To me, chicken pox was much more irritating. Trying not to scratch an itch was just unbearable. Prior to vaccines, it was just another childhood illness…

Education: Measles and the MMR Vaccine — Physicians for Informed Consent
In the Del Bigtree movie Vaxxed, Andrew Wakefield revealed that the CDC did away with the stand alone measles vaccine, so you would have no choice but to use the MMR vaccines. Which is a combo of 3 vaccines in one. And alarmingly,… exactly when Autism began to sky rocket. And as mentioned previously (not in this post),… It was this vaccine, MMR, that was linked to Autism in a study conducted by the CDC,.. which is what the movie Vaxxed is all about.
One other thing on the vaccine, autism debate. If Dr. William Thompson’s confession that the CDC had omitted crucial data, revealing a causal link between the MMR vaccine and autism wasn’t enough,… There is also this from Andrew W. Zimmerman, MD, a highly respected Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He was originally an expert witness for the government against those vax-injured in vaccine court. That is until one of his own patients developed autism after the shot. And soon after, he revised his written expert opinion. Naturally, the government no longer wanted him to testify and fired him. He found years later, that the government was still using his original expert opinion without the revision, “vaccines can cause autism in a subset of patients”. And so he went on the record to set things straight…

Now this doctor speaks about mitochondrial disfunction in children who are only months old. Now I’m no doctor, but common sense tells me that kids that young, can’t possibly be fully developed. Especially in aspects of brain development. And what he considers to be mitochondrial disfunction, just might be,… not fully functional brain cells yet. As opposed to him labeling it some sort of preexisting disorder. But that’s just me hypothesizing. Either way, he does see a causal link between vaccines and autism in some children. And he was a former expert witness for the government against the vaccine injured.
Moving on,…
I still find it astonishing, that Ivermectin has never been tested, studied, or examined at all with measles. Not in clinical trials, not in lab animals, not even in a petri dish in vitro! How could that be, with it being such a broad spectrum anti-viral? I can only assume that this was very deliberate. How can they test and show benefits on 20+ some odd viruses and not on the one,… most widely known and most infectious? It is nearly impossible for this to be an oversight. As I stated in my last post, I will bet dollars to doughnuts, Ivermectin would wipe out a measles infection in a snap. And there is not a scintilla or a scrap of evidence to support this statement. I am usually all about being evidence based, but the fact that they didn’t even bother, or try to disprove this notion,… speaks volumes. There is one bit of reasoning behind my claim, besides it being a broad spectrum anti-viral. Measles is an RNA virus, and most of the viruses Ivermectin was tested on, and shown to be of benefit, were single stranded, RNA viruses.
Update Edit: There is also this that I missed… In a study looking at Ivermectin for COVID, which by now we know is very effective,…. they make mention of an experiment in which Ivermectin reduced replication of SARS-CoV-2 in Vero/hSLAM cells by 5,000-fold. This is a monkey kidney cell line engineered to express a human receptor (SLAM). And this just happens to be a receptor for the measles virus as well…. So there is that little tidbit as well. It certainly couldn’t hurt to give Ivermectin a try, if you came down with measles, that’s for sure. And I’m not the only one who believes this. Dr. Syed Haider has treated over 10,000 COVID-19 patients, all of whom recovered. This according to his intro. He has a huge following with over 55,000 Substack subscribers. He posted this early March 2025…

This is also part of the update… Two children have supposedly died of measles in Texas this year (2025). This has caused some unfortunate events. Besides the increase in vaccinations, with the only vaccine (MMR) ever studied, and shown to cause Autism as covered above,… RFK Jr. has flipped flopped on the vaccine debate…
RFK Jr. Spokesman Quits as Anti-Vaxxers Rage Over Flip-Flop (March 2025)
These are very sad events. I had mentioned in a note, that we may never know what his or her situation was (with the first fatality), causing his or her death. Whether he or she was 300 pounds or vitamin A deficient or what-have-you. Because we know Big Pharma would like nothing better than to scare all parents into getting their children vaccinated. Well, I was wrong. We did find out why. She, as we now know, died of medical malfeasance. They gave her the wrong antibiotics to treat a secondary bacterial infection she developed. A not uncommon complication of almost any viral infection. Dr. Pierre Kory has reviewed the medical records of this young girl on behalf of the parents… Expert Medical Record Reviews Of The Two Girls In Texas Who Purportedly Died of Measles - Pierre Kory’s Medical Musings
So while I might have been wrong, that she may have died from some pre-existing condition, weakening her defenses, which still can’t be ruled out entirely (as almost everyone on the planet is insufficient in D3),…. it certainly wasn’t measles that killed her. It was her incompetent care.
I knew it had to be something else, as measles is rarely fatal. At least in the US where a vitamin A deficiency is unheard of. Plus it was the first fatality in 10 years. The other child who died in Texas a month or two later, was also found to be improperly cared for. This was also reviewed by the good doctor.
You just know Dr. Kory is gonna take major heat for this. Which is expected and has already begun. He reviewed these records as an expert witness, in the event the parents wish to file a lawsuit. Other doctors have since reviewed these cases and concur with Dr. Kory’s findings.
This completes the update - June 2025.
It is interesting how vitamin A is recommended if infected. That immediately tells me, the immunocompromised are vulnerable to having the most severe cases of measles. Just like the outbreak in China recently of walking pneumonia, having a deadly impact on the very young there, due to the widespread prevalence of vitamin A deficiency in many provinces. So if you hear news reports of children dying from measles, know it is likely, that this happened in countries or regions where malnutrition, famine, and/or poverty is prevalent. And that it’s more the case,… of the young being malnourished and depleted in essential nutrients than anything else.
“Measles is still common, particularly in parts of Africa, the Middle East and Asia. The overwhelming majority of measles deaths occur in countries with low per capita incomes or weak health infrastructures…” Measles - WHO (Aug. 2023)

We, the baby boomers, prove your hypothesis. We were healthy enough to catch these diseases intentionally. Mostly to avoid exposure as adults, when symptoms were more extreme.
I seriously doubt that we also needed vaccines.
It seems that it would be easy to cross an infant's mitochondria since they have not developed yet, and go through many changes. I swear, if we quit vaccinating infants, Mitochondrial Diseases might be a thing of the past.
In Oregon we give the C-19 vaccine to infants. It sickens my heart.
