THE FDA HAS LOST ITS WAR ON IVERMECTIN IN A STUNNING LAWSUIT SETTLEMENT

That victory allowed them to proceed with their lawsuit against the FDA, seeking compensation for damages as a result their unlawful anti-Ivermectin campaign.
Well, as of Friday, March 22, 2024, they have reached a settlement, bringing the case to a close. In the settlement, the FDA agreed to remove all website and social media posts that make misleading, false, and inaccurate statements about using ivermectin for COVID… Stipulation-of-Dismissal.pdf
Paul E. Marik M.D., a plaintiff in the case and Chairman of the FLCCC Alliance made a statement that reads in part….
“A settlement has been reached between the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the plaintiffs in a groundbreaking case filed in federal court to decide if the FDA violated its authority as a federal health agency in telling the public to stop taking ivermectin, a safe, well-studied, and proven drug for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the settlement as it is a victory for every doctor and patient in the United States….. The FDA interfered in the practice of medicine with their irresponsible language and posts about ivermectin. We will never know how many lives were affected because patients were denied access to a lifesaving treatment because their doctor was just following the FDA.” FLCCC Alliance Statement on the Settlement Reached
I am not trying to take away their thunder in posting this. Just thought this needs to be shared far and wide. Because you know for a fact this won’t get a minute of attention on any major media news outlet. And this is important for everyone to know, with the knowledge that Ivermectin can be very useful to all of us, going forward in these difficult times. There is much news recently, about a measles resurgence/comeback, that I very much predicted, being everyone’s vaccine has long since worn off…

Well, I believe Ivermectin would come in very handy with it's broad spectrum and immense anti-viral applications. We know it’s not only effective for COVID….
“Several studies reported antiviral effects of ivermectin on RNA viruses such as Zika, dengue, yellow fever, West Nile, Hendra, Newcastle, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, chikungunya, Semliki Forest, Sindbis, Avian influenza A, Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome, Human immunodeficiency virus type 1, and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. What is very interesting about this, and I might add, very telling,… there are no vaccines for any of these viruses. Other than SARS-CoV-2. And if you google “Ivermectin for measles” there is not even a hint of a search result. I will bet you dollars to doughnuts,… that Ivermectin would wipe out a measles infection in no time whatsoever. And might even prevent you from getting infected (prophylactically). I mean honestly,… How is it they have tested Ivermectin on all these viruses,… and not test it on the most known, most infectious virus there has ever been? Are you freaking kidding me? Or is it because they have a vaccine for measles, and wouldn’t want Ivermectin to cut into their profits? As shown in multiple studies, Ivermectin has antiviral properties for many RNA viruses. And measles is an RNA virus.
I want to remind everyone,… the MMR vaccine for measles, was the one vaccine, shown to cause autism in young children. This is the vaccine the CDC was caught fraudulently manipulating study results on. The vaccine a CDC whistleblower studied and admitted they falsified data. The vaccine Del Bigtree’s controversial documentary, Vaxxed was all about.
Moving on,….. There are some who say this lawsuit shouldn’t have been settled. Hoping discovery would take place, incriminating the perpetrators of this great crime against humanity. But you just know,… that would have gone absolutely nowhere.
