How to Live with the SARS-CoV-2 Virus

I completely understand if many here are not as passionate about health and nutritional supplements as I am.
I am reminded of a time when I was working in a restaurant. I had a few regular customers who were gym rats, obsessed with physical fitness and health. And they would sit at the counter and talk about the stacks (various nutritional supplements) they would take to enhance their workouts.
I couldn't help but laugh at the devotion and passion they spent on the subject. I mean, these guys and girls were half my age, in their early 20's, in the prime of their lives, and talking about nutritional supplements to optimize their gym activities. Seemed like overkill to me. Even then, I knew supplements were only beneficial if you were lacking them.
I never as much took a vitamin C tablet before I was in my forties. So I absolutely get the mindset, if you are fairly healthy, why bother. We get nutrients from food and we are not competing for the Mr. Universe title, so really why bother?
And I still agree somewhat with this sentiment. That is until you get older. It is well known that deficiencies and insufficiencies increase with age. When we get older we absorb less nutrients from food, and also produce less endogenous antioxidants, enzymes, endorphins, and hormones that help keep us healthy. And if we weren't getting enough nutrients when we were younger, those insufficiencies become deficiencies as we age and start becoming a problem for a body that is no longer functioning as a 20 year old.
There is a caveat to this,.... having to do with the environment we now find ourselves in. There has been a 'weaponized' virus let loose, affecting the entire population, young and old. So it would behoove even the young, to be aware of the dangers it might cause, and take proactive steps to reduce any harm that might come from being infected. This virus preys on our weaknesses. Naturally, the young have less vulnerabilities the virus can exploit. But if they are nutrient deficient or immunocompromised, the virus could likely expose their weaknesses and take a foothold.
In years past, if you were say,... deficient in magnesium, you might have had back problems like I did. Little did I know I was deficient. But now, who knows what problems might manifest with this virus around. For example,... we know that most patients hospitalized with COVID are vitamin D deficient. They are also depleted of glutathione. But then everyone who gets sick lacks glutathione, as it gets used up fighting the illness. Glutathione is the master antioxidant and detoxifier our body produces. So you can see how nutrient deficiencies and insufficiencies, and/or a lack of endogenous antioxidants wouldn't be ideal with a highly infectious viral pathogen ravaging the globe.
Fortunately, severe disease and hospitalizations have been less of a danger with each passing variant. Most people today only develop cold-like symptoms. But nevertheless, a small percentage will still progress to severe disease, or develop a chronic long-term illness or generate an autoimmunity. So this will never become as mundane as the common cold. Of that we can be sure. We must never forget,... this virus was weaponized in a lab. It was created to inflict harm to as many people as possible. And now we will have to live with it for the rest of our lives.
And please stay away from the toxic clot shots that governments continue to promote. Time and again they have been shown to cause much more harm than any small benefit they might provide. And those harms can be potentially catastrophic.
"Experimental mRNA vaccines have been heralded as having the potential for great benefits, but they also harbor the possibility of potentially tragic and even catastrophic unforeseen consequences..... There are many aspects of their widespread utilization that merit concern. We have reviewed some, but not all, of those concerns here, and we want to emphasize that these concerns are potentially serious and might not be evident for years [to come]…..”
Possible Unintended Consequences of the mRNA Vaccines (June 2021)
Government officials are pushing hard to promote these harmful products that will garner them huge profits. Moderna just kicked back 400 million to the NIH (National Institute of Health). Many officials in that agency also have patents and collect royalties from the vaccines. Financial records show Dr. Fauci has made millions during the pandemic. They are trying to scare adults into getting vaccinated. Believe it or not, there is an adult vaccine schedule. But unlike the childhood schedule, it is not mandated. So they flood the airwaves with menacing news reports (brought to you by Pfizer) to heighten your concerns, and post articles like this,…
These Are the 3 Vaccines You Need to Know About This Fall, Say Expert Doctors (msn.com)
This is just their winter promotional campaign. Come summer, there will be another round of scare tactics. They know their products don't work as they should. For example, they know everyone who got vaccinated as a child is no longer protected. That means measles, chicken pox, polio and all the other viruses you thought were long since eradicated, can now make a comeback since your vaccinations have long worn off. So, on top of their greed to make a buck, they actually do have some legitimate concerns. But they are not going to come out and say,... "Sorry folks, remember all those vaccines you took as a child, well they no longer protect you." But they know it's true, all too well.
Vaccines only provide a temporary solution. No vaccine has ever provided lasting protection like our God-given natural immunity. And with all their serious adverse events, many causing great harm, the risk/benefit ratio of these interventions is just disastrous. Especially with these novel, experimental mRNA vaccines. Whoever came up with the idea of having your own body produce and manufacture foreign antigens,… should be shot after hanging from the tallest branch, and then burned at the stake.
The best course of action is prevention. Below is a protocol for long haulers and the vaccine injured. It is brought to you by the good doctors at FLCCC. Most of the therapeutics in this I-RECOVER Protocol are very safe, and good for your overall health. I take all these nutraceuticals listed below myself, and I don't even have long COVID. In fact, I have been taking most of these nutrients, years before this protocol was even created, with the exception of Ivermectin, black seed oil, and nattokinase. This protocol doubles as a good preventive, in that most of these nutrients are needed to maintain optimal health. The only exception to that would be the antiviral Ivermectin.
LDN is also a drug but works more like a very safe nutraceutical. It enhances your body's natural production of endorphins. Endorphins protect you from cancer, and many other ailments. They regulate and modulate immunity, while also killing cancer cells directly.
Ivermectin is an extremely safe, Nobel Prize winning medication. This anti-parasitic doubles as a very effective antiviral. And is affordable for anyone's pocketbook, costing pennies on the dollar. It can be used prophylactically once or twice a week to protect you from becoming infected, but also as a great intervention if you have COVID. Any sign of a cold or virus coming on,... like a runny nose or cough, I take a couple of tabs and presto, no more sniffles or cough. I never had anything that worked so well for a cold or virus before. It stops it in its tracks. Who knew you didn't have to go through the 3 days coming and 3 days going of a common cold. Although for me, it was never just 6 days. It always lingered for weeks. But that is a thing of the past. These days, even without Ivermectin, colds are hardly noticeable. They are nothing like the debilitating ailments that plagued me in the past. All this changed when I started supplementing nutrients a little more than ten years ago. And now with Ivermectin, I couldn't possibly be more protected from any virus that comes along, including SARS-CoV-2.
LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone)… Very safely increases production of endorphins
Ivermectin,… extremely safe and effective antiviral drug
Nattokinase,... very safe clot busting enzyme
Magnesium,... essential nutrient with anti-inflammatory properties
Vitamin D3,… essential nutrient optimizes immune function
Vitamin K2 (Mk-7),... essential nutrient improves cardiovascular health
Omega 3 fatty acids,… preferably fatty fish (sardines)
NAC (N-acetyl cysteine),… a precursor of Glutathione
Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa),… antioxidant and anti-inflammatory
Vitamin C,... essential antioxidant
Probiotics,... improves gut health
Zinc and Quercetin were previously in this protocol, but it has since been updated. But both still have benefits for COVID and your health in general.
Update: FLCCC link above to the I-RECOVER Protocol is broken. They keep updating and adding additional protocols to reflect the latest research, and moved it to a new place on their website. Here is a new link where you can find all their protocols…. Treatment Protocols - FLCCC Alliance
Concerning note on some changes. They removed probiotics from their COVID protocols on prevention and early treatment. IMO, this is a monumental oversite on their part. And if there was a good reason for doing so, it should be noted. Your gut microbes are intricately tied to your immunity. So if your microbiome is not healthy, the dysbiosis can cause immune disfunction, and make you more susceptible to pathogens entering the blood stream, from what is called leaky gut. And so this is particularly concerning regarding prevention. Probiotics and to a lesser extend prebiotics and digestive enzymes are critical for guarding the gateway into the bloodstream and strengthening immunity. It’s been shown the spike persists in the gut and causes dysbiosis. So it is also critical for those infected and also those with long-term symptoms. I know this was an oversight by the good doctors at the FLCCC, because Dr. Marik has spoken in length on how important gut health is. Here an excerpt from a paper he published last year (2023)…
“The microbiota plays a fundamental role in the induction, training, and function of the host’s immune system and thus shape the responses to its challenges. Gut microbiome composition was significantly altered in patients with COVID-19 compared with non-COVID-19 individuals… There is substantial involvement of the GI tract during infection…. Gut microbiota composition is associated with the magnitude of immune response to COVID-19 and subsequent tissue damage and thus could play a role in regulating disease severity. The scientists also found that,… gut microbiota dysbiosis, or imbalance, even 30 days after recovery,… could be a potential explanation for why some symptoms persist in long COVID. Given the intricate influence of gut microbiota (GM) on host immune effectors and subsequent inflammatory profile, GM composition and function might contribute to explaining the individual resilience/fragility with respect to COVID-19…. Microbial diversity can be improved by consuming many prebiotics and probiotics….” Strategies for the Management of Spike Protein - Microorganisms (March 2023)
Also disturbing in the new prevent protocol,… they relaxed their position on Ivermectin somewhat. Saying not everybody needs to take it prophylactically. Saving it for the immunocompromised. They base this on the less severe variants and natural immunity. But I beg to differ with the good doctors on this. It is well known coronaviruses mutate very quickly. Making it hard for immune memory cells to recognize newer variants. The variant circulating right now, early 2024, had 30 new mutations on it from the previous one. A new record. And as I pointed out in this article,… there is the potential for increased harm with repeated infections. So with natural immunity not being very protective against this frequently mutating virus, (I myself have been infected 3 times already) it makes subsequent infections very probable. So why not continue to use Ivermectin, to prevent against the possibility of increased harm from future infections?
So with that, here are the older protocols they had back in 2022, for you to compare and decide what is best. The new long COVID and Long Vax protocols have probiotics included, so I won’t list the older versions of those…
Prevention
Early Treatment
The supplements I take, listed earlier, which is part of these protocols, looks like a lot to take. But you don't need to take all of them daily. The only ones on this list I take everyday is LDN, once nightly,... NAC, quercetin, and vitamin C, twice daily for my COPD, a multi-vitamin, and nattokinase. Plus digestive enzymes that I take before every large meal. The rest I take twice or three times a week. Fat soluble nutrients are stored in the body so it isn't necessary to take them so often (D3, K2, and Omega 3's). I also take a quality multi-vitamin daily to cover all my bases. You are taking other stand alone nutrients so you don’t want to overdo any of them. More is not necessarily better. You are only looking to take optimal amounts to correct any insufficiencies. I take Garlic pills as well, when I don't get enough of the real thing. They are great for regulating and lowering blood pressure. They are also loaded with antioxidants. I also take astaxanthin and CoQ10 daily, being I’m an elderly gent with comorbidities. Both have great benefits for health. I will do a page on astaxanthin in the future.
Unless dealing with a deficiency or health condition, you want to take everything in moderation. After correcting for any insufficiencies, it's not necessary to take full doses. For example,... with magnesium, the suggested dose is 4 tablets daily to obtain 400mg. I take two tabs per day, 3 or 4 times a week. The K2 (Mk-7) listed above, is a very potent brand, 600mg per capsule. One capsule is plenty for 3 to 5 days. And even if you do take it everyday, there is no harm, as this nutrient (K2) has no tolerable upper intake limit. As no toxicity has ever been found with K2. But you want to try and maintain a balance of all the nutrients. Taking large doses of some nutrients will reduce the levels of others. That's why I say everything in moderation.
I have breezed through this pandemic being infected 3 times so far. And this is before getting Ivermectin. And I will certainly get infected again in the future. There is no way around this. This virus is just too transmissible and too infectious, and mutates too quickly to possibly avoid. But then again, maybe not. Since I now have Ivermectin and take it prophylactically. As Dr. Kory testified before Congress,.. “If you take it, you will not get sick.” So I believe it would be wise to take proactive measures. And here you have some great tools to help assist you. Your immune system will do the rest.
On a sad final note, according to government sources this week, around 4 million went for the updated clot shots in the first month of its rollout. I’m kinda surprised by this. I would have thought more people would realize their health is in jeopardy. Using earlier CDC data, we can predict another 72,000 being rushed to the hospital due to adverse reactions. On top of seeing more headlines like this… Dad influencer, 40, dies of heart attack while playing with his kids (Oct 4th 2023)
Probably just another victim of global warming.
Stay safe and be well….
