I don't no why people are so opposed to this topic. I lost a few subscribers in posting this. And my subscriptions are always free. I could see it if they were paid subscriptions. My previous post on gut health wasn't well received either. Very strange.

I feel this is some of my best work.

Many substack authors are forced to keep posting new and hopefully popular articles on the regular, just to keep their paid subscriptions going. This is the nature of all journalism. I didn't want that. I only want to post important stuff on health, and not be pressured to deliver on a regular basis. Which is what I see happening, even with some of the authors I recommend. This is the main reason I don't like paywalls.

Keep up the good work, quality over quantity.

Wow! Thank you,... well put.

I'm about to update this post to include other centenarian studies. All showing the common denominator in having the gut health of those much younger. This has to be a huge reason for their health and longevity, considering how normal it is to lose your gut microbes with age and illness.

Zeolite has already been proven to HELP the nano particles assemble, and do what the perpetrators intended them to do. Maybe that is why people stopped reading. Me too.

Here is only one report including the dangers of Zeolite.

Ughhh... Let's not enter the twilight zone.... https://substack.com/@ohbaby/note/c-68793899

I already had it out with Ana Maria over her misleading info on Ivermectin.

"Dangers of Zeolite." That's a laugh...

“An important factor in understanding why the use of zeolites is on the rise is that they are harmless to humans, which is recognized by various organizations.... Zeolites are classified as “Safe Substances for Food and Feed Additives” by the European Food Safety Authorities and are “Generally Recognized as Safe” (GRAS) by the United States Food and Drug Administration. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) also endorses zeolites as non-toxic materials.” https://www.mdpi.com/2075-163X/12/12/1628#:~:text=Unlike%20some%20other%20zeolites%2C%20clinoptilolite%20is%20difficult%20to,processes%20to%20this%20mineral%20to%20improve%20its%20properties.

You have been the beneficiary of it for sometime and you don't even know it. It is used regularly on the livestock we eat. Cattle, swine and poultry have all been aided by its detoxifying action, clearly providing improved fitness and productivity. Therefore we benefit from better quality meat, eggs, milk, etc...

I do not eat beef, of drink dairy milk, for those exact reasons.

Even Karen Kingston stopped promoting the use of Zeolite as a supplement.

...but you ARE entitled to your opinion, with Trump back in offece we still have the First Amendment, which we were about to lose.

Oh, I'm sorry. Did I give the impression that this was my opinion? Oh no!

Zeolite has been classified as safe by multiple organizations around the world. If you don't believe the peer-reviewed scientific paper, just look it up on the numerous organization's websites.

Self-assembling lipids would be present in your blood even if you lived on Mars the last 10 years.

These are facts, not opinions.

But if you just want an opinion, I believe Karen Kingston and Ana Maria Mihalcea have memberships to the same Illuminati chapter. LOL!

I guess you don't eat chicken as well. Or eggs, cheese, yogurt, kefir, ice-cream, turkey, bone broth, etc... LOL!

Zeolites normally doesn't leave your GI Tract. So you shouldn't worry about eating meat products. There are some formulations sold, encapsulating them in phospholipids for absorption, which is a bad idea. Zeoites work by detoxing the gut. Therefore having systemic benefits throughout the body.

And Zeolites don't leech aluminum and/or silica. They are so structurally stable, it takes temps of molten lava to degrade them... https://ohbaby.substack.com/i/149045789/detoxing

This is what the abundant research has shown... My opinion matters very little.

I subscribe to a lot of Substacks, and probably 20 or 30 posts arrive in my "NEW SUBSTACK" email box on an average day. Reading through that lot is a bit like reading a newspaper. It takes some time but it is a pleasant routine, and I can learn something new.

Because there are so many of them, a lot of the posts are merely skimmed and others are not read at all, but I always read yours thoroughly and appreciate them, even though I don't comment very much.

I think your emphasis on quality over quantity is commendable, and it is a good thing that you don't feel pressured to produce articles or posts according to a tight schedule, as is often the case in journalism.

Lastly, I have no idea why people who are already subscribers would unsubscribe from your stack as a result of the current post. The information you provided in this post is fascinating, useful, and potentially life-extending. I will be 2/3rds of a century old next month (66.6 years old) and I am working to improve my microbiome and keep my internal ecosystem healthy, so the content of this post is very relevant to me.

We all have to live with certain restrictions and we can't do everything that might be optimal for our health. That said, the more options we have, the better our chances of maintaining or improving our health. What you are doing is providing people with options that they might otherwise never learn about. You are doing a great job and you have nothing to reproach yourself for.

Thanks for the kind words and sharing your thoughts. I don't know why this posts got this reaction. It was even worse than my nicotine post. With that one, I can at least understand the disapproval. I'm not in this to be popular, but still, who wouldn't want their audience to grow? Just curious as to why this turned a few people off. Oh well, I won't lose any sleep over it. I know I'm on the right track.

I'm glad you and others liked it. I really appreciate your very thoughtful comments. And your right, we can't do everything at an optimum level. Like I read in one of my references,... taking a few pills (sups) won't ensure a long life. But at our age,.. every little bit helps. And the many things I list and speak on,... have shown to be helpful and make a difference.
